I Had this Mini Cooper s in for one of our Ceramic Coating Package`s from CarPro from our New Car Protection Range of services here at Kleen Machine in Cheltenham. In this Blog I will show you a step by step guide into the intensive process to the New Car Protection for these Coatings

The Luxury Detailing Wash
- Pre-Inspection
- Pre-clean, wash Entire vehicle exterior pre-washed to remove soiling prior to contact wash
- Removal of traffic film, flies(so annoying in the Summer) and salt.
- Snowfoam soak
- Wheels cleaned, outside and inside.
- Full exterior ‘Kleen Machine’ jet wash of door shuts, sills, boot shut,
- Wheel arches, wheels and all paintwork. .
- Door shuts and bonnet shut cleaned .
- Only When exterior is fully cleaned of the dirt & grit, is then shampoo`d by hand using ultra soft wash mitts with luxury ph neutral wash & wax.
- Contamination Removed From Paint
- Badges britework and grills cleaned
- Tar spots removed from paintwork
- Body fully dried with super soft drying towels.
- Vehicle is normally air blow dried with warm air to remove trapped water
- Paintwork detail clayed to finally remove any more bonded contamination that may be left on the paintwork.
The Wash Process
Next up was the interior Cleaning Prior to the Interior Fabric Protection and Leather protection
Next Day after Roof had been fully cleaned and dried it was masked up ready for the Two coats of CarPro Fabric Protection
Once the Car is fully washed and dried
- The Paint Protection
- One Stage Machine Polish over the whole car with CarPro Essence This the same preparation for Finest , Cquartz Uk and Classic Edition
- Essence also leaves a perfectly smooth, deep, reflective, primed layer to build on with CQuartz adding to you protection leaving a layer of SiO coating prior to the ceramic top coat
- One Stage to Improve Clarity of the paint,gloss and protection prior to Coating
- All Metal brightwork chrome and grills cleaned and polished
- The tyres and plastics dressed with long lasting dressing protection
- Windows and mirrors cleaned and polished inside and out
- Door shuts sealed
The Car was then masked up around the edges ready for the paint correction process.

Interior needed a deep clean and leather needed all the grubby marks and ingrained stains to the cream leather removed then re fed with high grade Leather protection leaving the leather nice and soft and well protected for the coming months. All this is Extra`s the are included in the Prestige Detailing Package which is designed to suit the customers needs on pacific Sports , Classic and Prestige vehicles

The Luxury Detailing Wash.
- Pre inspection
- Badges brite-work and grills cleaned.
- Wheels cleaned, outside and inside. Ph Neutral Fall out Safely removing Brake dust
- Removal of traffic film, flies(so annoying in the Summer) and salt.
- Pre-clean, wash Shampoo
- Contamination removed and Fall out applied to paintwork (removing any iron deposits).
- Super soft Hand wash
- Body fully dried with super soft drying towels and Hot Air removing any trapped water.
- The arches are dressed with protection.
- Detailing Clayed if needed to Remove Bonded Contamination
The Interior
- All seats, carpets, boot and mats are vacuumed.
- All upholstery and carpets are shampooed.
- Leather, cleaned If applicable
- All interior plastics and rubbers are cleaned, this includes the pedals.
- The interior is deodorised.
- Dashboard, fascia and all plastic surfaces and rubbers are Cleaned and dressed/treated.
The Exterior
- Tar spots removed.• Paintwork is Sealed and hand waxed
- The windows and mirrors are cleaned inside and out.
- The tyres dressed with long lasting dressing.
- All plastic surfaces are Cleaned and dressed/Protected.
