I Had this Mini Cooper s in for one of our Ceramic Coating Package`s from CarPro from our New Car Protection Range of services here at Kleen Machine in Cheltenham. In this Blog I will show you a step by step guide into the intensive process to the New Car Protection for these Coatings

- Removal of traffic film, flies(so annoying in the Summer) and salt.
- Snowfoam soak
- Wheels cleaned, outside and inside.
- Full exterior ‘Kleen Machine’ jet wash of door shuts, sills, boot shut,
- Wheel arches, wheels and all paintwork. .
- Door shuts and bonnet shut cleaned .
- Only When exterior is fully cleaned of the dirt & grit, is then shampoo`d by hand using ultra soft wash mitts with luxury ph neutral wash & wax.
- Contamination Removed From Paint
- Badges britework and grills cleaned
- Tar spots removed from paintwork
- Body fully dried with super soft drying towels.
- Vehicle is normally air blow dried with warm air to remove trapped water
- Paintwork detail clayed to finally remove any more bonded contamination that may be left on the paintwork.
The Wash Process
Next up was the interior Cleaning Prior to the Interior Fabric Protection and Leather protection
Next Day after Roof had been fully cleaned and dried it was masked up ready for the Two coats of CarPro Fabric Protection
Once the Car is fully washed and dried
- The Paint Protection
- One Stage Machine Polish over the whole car with CarPro Essence This the same preparation for Finest , Cquartz Uk and Classic Edition
- Essence also leaves a perfectly smooth, deep, reflective, primed layer to build on with CQuartz adding to you protection leaving a layer of SiO coating prior to the ceramic top coat
- One Stage to Improve Clarity of the paint,gloss and protection prior to Coating
- All Metal brightwork chrome and grills cleaned and polished
- The tyres and plastics dressed with long lasting dressing protection
- Windows and mirrors cleaned and polished inside and out

Well February has been a very busy month, a very cold month with a mixtures of weather and different weather conditions. The Start of the month wasn't too bad but it has cold colder and colder. We have had a mixture of cars in for various Valeting and Detailing Packages

I had this Classic Porsche 911 Carerra 4S in for the Classic Detailing Package in Tewkesbury

Plus Contamination bonded and organic contamination and lots of Tar, so that also needed to be addressed.

After it was washed and clayed and taken inside I started on the Enhancement to the paint .

I Had this Mini In for the Mini Cooper Detailing - Executive Detail - Cheltenham- Gloucestershire As you can see from the before photo`s for this car it hadn`t been professionally detailed or valeted for quite some time. There was some green around the windows and door shuts, wheels pretty bad on the inside of the rims. Plus Contamination bonded and organic contamination so that also needed to be addressed.

In this Blog I try and mix things up,After talking to clients over the last few months,some have asked for before and after photo`s and showing each stage before and after. so I will show you the stages and photo`s showing exactly what goes into one of my Specialist Valets And Detailing Services.
First up the Before photo`s showing how dirty this car was .
The Luxury Detailing Wash.
- Pre inspection
- Badges brite-work and grills cleaned.
- Wheels cleaned, outside and inside. Ph Neutral Fall out Safely removing Brake dust
- Removal of traffic film, flies(so annoying in the Summer) and salt.
- Pre-clean, wash Shampoo or snowfoam
- Contamination removed and Fall out applied to paintwork (removing any iron deposits).
- Detailing brushes where needed
- Super soft Hand wash
- The arches are dressed with protection.
Also Detailing Claybar was needed on this to remove even more bonded contamination. Results of claybar after below
The Interior Valet
- All seats, carpets, boot and mats are vacuumed.
- • All upholstery and carpets are shampooed with Airbag Friendly products.
- Air vents blown out and then cleaned with various brushes and detailing tools
- All interior plastics and rubbers are cleaned, this includes the pedals.
- The interior is deodorised.
- Dashboard, fascia and all plastic surfaces and rubbers are Cleaned and dressed/treated. as below even the rear quarter plastics too
