Well February has been a very busy month, a very cold month with a mixtures of weather and different weather conditions. The Start of the month wasn't too bad but it has cold colder and colder. We have had a mixture of cars in for various Valeting and Detailing Packages

I had this Ford Focus ST 500 in for the New/Used car Protection plus Enhancement Detailing Package.
Plus lots more, the Interior was also cleaned along with the leather cleaned and treated and the full interior clean and protection,wheels sealed and windscreen protection package.
This is a fairly rare car now and paint was pretty bad with scratches and swirls and chips,all major chips were also touched up prior to the ceramic protection and allowed to dry..

As most people know when you buy a new car the dealership will offer you some sort of paint and interior protection packages, they will tell you that it is the best package for you. As most people know when you buy a new car the dealership will offer you some sort of paint and interior protection packages, they will tell you that it is the best package for you. In most instances it is not as high quality or as durable as the product most Detailers like myself are applying.The biggest problems with the protection packages is not the just the products but how they are applied and most importantly, the preparation of the surfaces of the paint before it is applied. We have seen it applied over the top of fall out, over sprayed and un-clayed panels therefore leaving very little protection, if any at all. New Car Protection - Ceramic Coating Cheltenham - BMW 1 Series
I Had a BMW 1 series in for New Car Protection and Ceramic coating , wheels sealed and and windscreen sealed also interior protection package.
Only a few weeks old but still needed the full exterior decontamination removal as you can see from photo`s below and the amount of bleeding on the paint. Paint work clayed and Luxury Detailing wash.

The Luxury Detailing Wash
- Pre-Inspection
- Pre-clean, wash Entire vehicle exterior pre-washed to remove soiling prior to contact wash
- Removal of traffic film, flies(so annoying in the Summer) and salt.
- Wheels cleaned, outside and inside.
- Full exterior ‘Kleen Machine’ jet wash of door shuts, sills, boot shut,
- wheel arches, wheels and all paintwork. .
- Door shuts and bonnet shut cleaned .
- Only When exterior is fully cleaned of the dirt & grit, is then shampoo`d
- by hand using ultra soft wash mitts with luxury ph neutral wash & wax.
- Contamination Removed From Paint
- Badges britework and grills cleaned
- Tar spots removed from paintwork
- Body fully dried with super soft drying towels.
- Vehicle is normally air blow dried with warm air to remove trapped water
- Paintwork detail clayed
The Paint Protection Steps
- One Stage Machine Polish over the whole car with CarPro Essence
- One Stage to Improve Clarity of the paint,gloss and protection prior to Coating
- All Metal bright-work chrome and grills cleaned and polished
- After the paint is perfected all the polishing oils are stripped from the vehicle with the use of CarPro Eraser.
