All bookings are made in good faith and we will honour them subject to prevailing weather conditions.
Whilst we cannot undertake any work in heavy rain I may be able to carry out some of my services if the rain is light and it is not excessively windy. Also it is not possible to work when the temperature is around freezing point as safety comes first.
Cancellations
If for any reason you need to cancel or rearrange your booking, please get in contact as soon as possible. Cancelled appointments less than 3 days before your service bookedin .
Where little or no notice is given will more than likely result in a cancellation charge From £65.00 dependant on service booked in and time required or booked in.
We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time,
Deposits
Non refundable deposits will be taken for Various Valet or Detailing services and New car Protection and Ceramic Coatings where applicable from £50.00 or up 50% of the estimated cost agreed
Services
Services provided and prices can change at any time
Heavily soiled,dirtier or cars with dog hair can incur from extra £25.00 dependant on time taken to do this .

Condition Of Paintwork & Alloy Wheels
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform me if the vehicle has had a paintwork repair or alloy wheel refurbishment. Depending on the process used these repairs may not be as durable as the original surface and may be damaged by our own products and processes. If we have not been informed of such repairs we will not be liable for any damage caused.
